About The Montessori Academy

EVERY CHILD MATTERS

The Montessori Academy started in 2020 with just four students, aiming to provide high-quality, child-focused early education. Today, we proudly serve over 100 families. Our second centre in Mutiara Heights has been open since June 2025 to meet the growing need for quality education and childcare in Kajang.

Our kindergarten is licensed by the Ministry of Education (MOE), and our childcare centre is licensed by the Department of Social Welfare (JKM). We are proud to be recognized as the Best Montessori Curriculum and Best Preschool in Jade Hills Kajang by the Readers’ Choice Awards. We create a caring and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Our goal is to help children become confident, curious, and independent learners.

At The Montessori Academy, we combine the Montessori teaching method with Malaysia’s National Preschool Curriculum (KSPK). This helps children develop in all areas while preparing them for their next stage of education. Because Malaysia is a multilingual country, our Kindergarten program includes daily learning in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. This helps children get ready for different primary schools, such as Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK), Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina (SJKC), or private schools.
